Workout Programs

  • How do I access the program I just purchased?

    You will need to create a store account in order to access your program.

    When you purchase a FLIPSIDE Workout Program, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after your payment has been processed and accepted.

    If you are not logged in, click on the user icon in the menu bar and sign in with your username and password. Once logged in, you should now see an item on the menu bar labeled 'My Programs'.

    This will be where you can access any purchased programs.

  • I checked out as a guest, and now I don’t know how to access my program! What do I do?

    Not to fear! We’ve got you covered.

    You should have received an email confirming your order (even without a store account). However, you’ll need to create one with the same email address used for placing the order. Either click on the user icon in the menu bar and then click 'Create Account' or click on the blue ‘Rewards’ button in the bottom-right of your screen and click ‘Create a store account’.

    You will receive a verification email and once confirmed, you will see a new item on the menu bar labeled ‘My Programs’.

    This will be where you can access any purchased programs.

  • Do I need a gym membership?

    Depends on the program you've purchased.

    For G8WAY, home options are included in the descriptions of every workout so you can target the same muscle groups, even from your living room!

  • Do I need special equipment?

    Again, it depends on the program you've purchased.

    For G8WAY, you'll need a set of resistance bands at minimum. You can find our FLIPSIDE NY bands here.

  • Is there a meal plan I have to follow?

    While FLIPSIDE does not offer personalized meal plans at this time, we do provide a ton of information on counting macros, balanced diets, and meal suggestions. You can find all of that information here.

  • Can I buy someone a program as a gift?

    Yes! We offer gift cards to the FLIPSIDE NY store. Simply purchase a gift card whose value is equal to or higher than the cost of the program you’re looking to send, and the recipient will be able to use their gift card to purchase access to the program.


  • How do I place an order?

    Once you have navigated to the product you are interested in, click 'Add to cart', and it will automatically be placed in your shopping cart. You can then continue to select products in our online store, adding to your shopping cart as needed. Once you are ready to purchase, proceed directly to checkout.

  • How do I know what size to get?

    If you've read our Shipping & Returns policy, you'll know that unfortunately, we don't offer returns/exchanges on apparel items because of size.

    All of our apparel products have a tab on their page with a sizing chart provided by our apparel printer. Make sure you look at each one carefully and measure, as the sizing can vary drastically from item to item.

  • What payment methods do you offer?

    We accept all major credit cards through Shopify Payments powered by Stripe as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your information will be safely and securely processed by these providers. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on how this is stored and used.

  • Do you offer promo codes?

    Yes! Our discount promo codes are always changing, but you can be the first to know about them by signing up for our email list and/or joining our FLIPSIDE Rewards Program (click the blue 'Rewards' button at the bottom-right of your screen for more information).

  • Why do I need an account?

    For a couple of reasons.

    First off, having a store account will allow you to easily access your orders all in one place. While you will receive order update emails even without a store account, having one makes it a one-stop-shop for all of your FLIPSIDE NY needs.

    You must have a store account to access a workout program. The only way to get to your program will be by logging into FLIPSIDE's website. This keeps everything secure and ensures that your content is up-to-date.

    With a store account, you also will earn FLIP Points as part of our FLIPSIDE Rewards Program. Learn more by clicking on the blue ‘Rewards’ button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  • How do I create an account?

    There are a few ways to create a store account:

    1) Navigate to the menu bar and click on the user icon. There, you will see an option that says 'Create Account'. Click on it and follow the prompts.

    2) Creating a store account also creates an account with our FLIPSIDE Rewards Program. In the bottom-right corner of your screen, you should see a blue 'Rewards' button. Click on that button and then click 'Create a store account'. Follow the prompts and start earning FLIP Points!

  • Can I create an account after I’ve placed an order?

    Yes! As long as you use the same email address used to place the original order, your order history should show up after you log in for the first time. You also will have access to any purchased programs through this new store account (which is required for any workout program).

    Keep in mind that creating an account also creates an account with our FLIPSIDE Rewards Program. By creating an account after your order, you won’t get the BAM Points that you would have for that order.

  • What is the FLIPSIDE Rewards Program?

    The FLIPSIDE Rewards Program is an easy and fun way to earn FLIP Points that can be redeemed for special discounts and offers.

    If you have a store account with FLIPSIDE NY, then you automatically have an account with the FLIPSIDE Rewards Program. Earn FLIP Points by referring friends (they’ll get a discount for signing up too), sharing on social media, liking/following our pages, and adding your birthday for a special gift!

  • How do I sign up?

    In the bottom-right corner of your screen, you’ll see a blue button that says ‘Rewards’. Click on it and follow the prompts to create a store account and you’ll get your first FLIP Points, just for joining!

    If you create a store account in a different way, you will automatically be enrolled in the FLIPSIDE Rewards Program.

  • Do I need to purchase something in order to earn FLIP Points?

    No! Just by having a store account (even without a purchase), you’ll be on your way to earning FLIP Points. There are tasks you can complete that do not require a purchase, but referring friends and making a purchase is the easiest way to grow your FLIP Points quickly!

  • Where is my referral link?

    Make sure you’re logged in to FLIPSIDE NY and then click on the blue ‘Rewards’ button in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Scroll down and you’ll see a section that says ‘Share with Your Friends!’. There should be a link starting with ‘http://i.refs.cc’ and a ‘Copy’ button next to it.

    Either copy the link and share via email/text message or click on one of the social media icons to share it to your profile.

    They’ll get a discount code and you’ll get FLIP Points after they complete their first purchase. Just make sure they click through to the link you sent them so we know you’re the one who made the referral.
