When I decided that I wanted to create a hub for all things fitness, I couldn't have dreamed of what we've created.
This blog, in particular, is going to be a place for us to share the latest news about FLIPSIDE. It will also act as a resource for many topics. We're starting off with Nutrition, as that is obviously a huge focus for those of us interested in health and fitness. We'll be bringing you articles from guest contributors who are experts in their fields and make sure that you can find reliable, accurate, and up-to-date knowledge. It's a big world, and there are lots of "experts" — you can count on us to vet our contributors and make sure you're in good hands!
